DELIVERY

MaxShine Europe aims to get deliveries out as soon as possible. If the customer would like their order to be delivered by a specific date or time, please get in touch with MaxShine Europe on the CONTACT US page and providing your order number. As we deliver to most of Europe we use various types of couriers e.g. UPS, DPD, DHL. Prices will vary depending on which country the customer is in, and this will also effect the time it will take the order to reach the customer. With the majority of deliveries MaxShine Europe carries out, the customer will receive a tracking number for their purchase however, all deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in you may be asked to collect the order from your local collection office depending on the courier used. We have 3 different types of shipping which are, Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and Free Standard Delivery. You have a choice to select which delivery option you would like when at the CART page.

STANDARD DELIVERY

5-10 Days. This estimated time is for all the countries MaxShine Europe covers in Europe, the time of days will differ for countries that are closer to our HQ e.g. U.K, France, Germany. The Standard Delivery fee will depend on the country the customer is in. The time of days that are provided is from when the order has been collected by the courier, not from the order date. The delivery times are given to MaxShine Europe in good faith and are not legally binding.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

1-5 Days. This estimated time is for all the countries MaxShine Europe covers in Europe, the time of days will differ for countries that are closer to our HQ e.g. U.K, France, Germany. The Express Delivery fee will depend on the country the customer is in. The time of days that are provided is from when the order has been collected by the courier, not from the order date. The delivery times are given to MaxShine Europe in good faith and are not legally binding.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

5-10 Days. This estimated time is for all the countries MaxShine Europe covers in Europe, The Free Standard Delivery option is only available when the minimum spend is achieved when making a purchase. The minimum spent works by the region the country is in, please have a look below for the regions and minimum spend. The time of days that are provided is from when the order has been collected by the courier, not from the order date. The delivery times are given to MaxShine Europe in good faith and are not legally binding.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY REGIONS & SPEND REQUIRED

  • U.K Inc. Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland: Minimum Spend £175
  • Region 1: Countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands. Minimum Spend £200
  • Region 2: Countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland. Minimum Spend £225
  • Region 3: Countries: Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Minimum Spend £250
  • Region 4: Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal. Minimum Spend £275
  • Region 5: Countries: Cyprus, Malta, Romania. Minimum Spend £275

If you have not received your order within the delivery days provided, please contact us immediately.

We advise you to check the content of the order with the inventory sent with the goods, if there is anything missing please get in contact with MaxShine Europe and we are happy to help.

If goods are damaged or faulty, please inform MaxShine Europe within 3 working days of receiving your order.

UK EU TRADE CHANGES

Due to the United Kingdom leaving Europe a few new regulations have come in to place whilst a few changes have been made which may result in custom fees. We at MaxShine Europe will process orders as normal with no additional fees, however there may be additional fees upon arrival to countries outside the U.K. Customers in the EU will need to be aware of the different rules in each member states about wether import VAT will be liable at the border or deferred to the addressee.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email MaxShine Europe at sales@maxshineeurope.com. We will be able to cancel the order at anytime as long as the goods have not been dispatched.

In the case that your order has been shipped, the customer can return the goods within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in their perfect, sealed and un-opened condition with the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods will be met by the customer, upon MaxShine Europe receiving the goods a refund will be authorised. We will only refund the cost of the goods.

The goods will remain the customers’ responsibility until they have been safely delivered to MaxShine Europe. We advise that the customer insures the goods and gets proof of posting in the unlikely case of loss or damage.
